My Recipe My Therapy Mission
Our mission at My Recipe My Therapy is to help women identify and improve key personal development areas in their lives, set targets, accomplish goals, and become the best version of themselves.
We offer one-on-one life coaching, accountability, self-paced courses, and other personal development resources.
We’re centered around the belief that everyone holds their personal signature recipe to become the best version of themselves, and the discovery and execution of that recipe is not only life-changing, but also a very effective form of self-therapy, self-love, and self-care. At My Recipe My Therapy, we are committed to coaching, supporting, and encouraging women to transform and improve their lives.
Our programs are framed around the belief that there is much power in affirmations and speaking things into existence. We are centered around the healing and progression of women of all ages. Giving back is a major part of our purpose and we have committed to donating 10% of all sales to a non-profit agency that provides support and services to women in need on a quarterly basis.

Meet Teniqua Denise
It was January of 2020 when I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system. Prior to this diagnosis I was working full time, exercising regularly, eating healthier, commuting two hours a day, caring for my teenage son, and being a wife to my husband of three years, I was as they say…hustling and bustling.
It came out of nowhere: I started feeling ill, tired, even weak at times. My primary doctor, at the time, brushed off my concerns and symptoms. I chalked it up to just being tired from my daily grind. Then, during a visit, my mom (moms really do notice everything) took one look at me and insisted I go get a second opinion…I did, albeit reluctantly, and my world suddenly turned upside down.
